Daniel began work at LSI in 2006, joining as a Part 1 student, and then again from 2009 after completing his Part 2. He achieved his Part 3 at LSI in 2012, and acquired experience in a range of sectors with a focus on primary healthcare (small surgeries), education (school extensions up to £150K) and commercial projects (such as the £3m on-shore facility for the Norwegian, offshore company SCIRA) which have entailed significant work at all RIBA stages mainly associated with a traditional procurement route.
Latterly, he has been involved in the delivery team for a £7M D&B football stadium, which has broadened his experience of procurement.
Recent projects include acting as the job architect for school alteration and extension projects for the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia, and the addition of a £0.7M social space to the School of Nursing and Midwifery at UEA, using Minor Works and Standard Forms of Contract respectively.
He is fully conversant in ArchiCad and has a particular interest in contract law.
