Ewa joined LSI in 2008 with 7 years working experience – 3 in Poland in a large multi-discipline practice, following her training, and 4 in Bristol, working for two practices on education and housing sector projects. This stood her in good stead to assist LSI on a range of Norfolk-based academic and hostel projects ranging in value up to £9M. She registered with RIBA in 2009, and spent the next 4 years involved in the primary healthcare sector, as project architect on surgeries for the Gt Yarmouth and Waveney PCT, principally for the site stage. She also collaborated with Client and User Groups to establish the future projects brief.
Ewa is experienced in the use of ADB DoH room and equipment scheduling software, and has a thorough working knowledge of relevant HBNs and HTMs.
This experience developed her management skills, and led to her assuming a role as an LSI studio manager for a period of 3 years. The healthcare work has also developed a good working knowledge of delivering technically and functionally challenging spaces in new and refurbished accommodation.
