Rob joined LSI in 2008 after completing his Pt 1 at De Montfort University, and remained working in the practice, while undertaking his diploma part-time. This put Rob under a lot of pressure, but he successfully balanced the academic demands with undertaking increasingly demanding roles on a series of projects both at design stage and under construction. Unusually, he had seen a dozen projects completed by the time he gained registered Architect status, ranging in scale from a £50K house extension to a £3M addition to a private school.
With the ability to develop a design idea and deliver the reality through an understanding of contemporary technical detailing he has a desire to produce work to a very high standard and provide a high level of service both within the design team, and to the clients whose projects he is working on. Clients, fellow professionals and colleagues respect his drive, desire for quality and he is clearly someone who naturally takes responsibility. Rob has had to work to some very tight delivery schedules, but the fact that he has maintained the programme has brought credit to the firm and to himself.
Rob is a hard working and proactive professional, highly thought of in the practice.
