Sylwia joined LSI in 2014 after 7 years with the Frederick Gibberd Partnership in the UK gaining experience in the education and offices sectors and a focus on healthcare work ranging from surgery units to mental health clinics at St Georges, Royal London, St Bartholomew’s and Newham hospitals. Her largest project, a £24M refurbishment and newbuild for the Derwent Centre MHU, is now under construction. She particularly values the positive difference such projects can make for their patients.
She has extensive experience in preparing project documentation for all RIBA work stages from initial design presentations, through planning and building control applications, tender packages and construction information including NBS specifications, working in close co-operation with structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers under traditional contracts.
At her previous practice, she mentored younger employees to increase their effectiveness in the workplace. As a project architect with LSI, Sylwia manages teams and liaises with clients and contractors, believing this to be one of her key strengths.
At LSI she is working on Wembley International French School and Brent Knoll School.
