The four storey, five bedroom home incorporates living space with adjoining terraces within a distinctive curving roof structure, and a swimming pool with associated facilities below an earth bank.
The house is being developed on sustainable design principles, to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, and will incorporate a bio-mass boiler to provide heating and hot water for the building and pool.
