A Call Centre to accommodate approximately 700 people, ready for occupation in under a year, and to a budget equivalent to a warehouse development.

The resulting 60,000 sq.ft. centre is designed on two levels as a large volume hall with a top lit central atrium. The internal space is light and airy, and a suspended bridge crosses the atrium connecting the two mezzanine floors.

The building has achieved a high environmental performance, and has also helped to reduce the previous level of staff turnover.
