PURPOSE

 

A key member of the IT team providing high quality technical support to all internal users in the Practice with the aim to give them a fulfilling user experience. To minimise and problem solve technical risks, and recognise development opportunities whilst being an integrated member of the LSI team.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Prioritise workload based on potential impact on customer
  • Front line support via Helpdesk
  • Provide first time fixes/workarounds where possible and investigate
  • Network maintenance
  • Server administration
  • Hardware moves
  • Software installation
  • R&D
  • Escalate user and technical issues to other business teams as appropriate
  • Carry out daily administration procedures
  • Ensure all support documentation is maintained and knowledge base is updated
  • PAT Testing
  • Work Station Assessments
