MIND Workplace Wellbeing Index Gold Reaccreditation

When it comes to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our people, we believe we are getting things right. We are especially pleased that our recent reaccreditation of ‘Gold’ in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index proves that our people think the same as LSI placed 1st in the Staff survey, from 106 organisations to take part nationally.

The staff survey assessed our team’s feedback on our approach to supporting their mental health and wellbeing based on a number of criteria including our organisational culture and engagement, initiatives, knowledge and skills, people management and support provided. 95 per cent of staff at LSI Architects felt their organisation supports their mental health.

This marks the second year that LSI has been awarded Gold in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index, a benchmark of best policy and practice that celebrates the good work employers are doing to promote and support positive mental health, and providing key recommendations on the specific areas where there is room to improve.

The Gold Award evidences that as an organisation LSI has successfully embedded mental health into its policies and practices, using a variety of best practice approaches which includes training sessions run by Mind designed to provide strategies and mechanisms to keep us well and resilient, weekly yoga sessions, confidential counselling sessions and training around coaching, mentoring and emotional intelligence.

LSI also placed 12th in the Employer Assessment.
