Rory Wilson wins LSI Architects Drawing Prize 2020

The team at LSI Architects are delighted to be sponsoring the Drawing Prize for the BA Architecture Course at Norwich University of the Arts for another year.

Of course, the judging and presentation of this years award have been a little different than in previous years but we are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2020 LSI Architects Drawing Prize was Rory Wilson.

Graphics and Visualisation Manager Derek Jackson, who was a judge for this years award alongside Architect Chris Lappin said:

“Rory’s work had a nice clear, consistent feel to it and a monochrome look that really complimented the industrial setting of the scheme. His Site Plans are excellent, with good colour and context, and have a lovely calm feel to them and there were impressively ‘lit’ building sections too.

Rory evidenced a very mature use of software but also a number of graphical techniques to describe the site and context and a clever use of diagrams to show building typology and details and that’s why we judged him to be the winner of the award this year.”

Congratulations Rory!
