Marion Gudat-Presley Associate

Marion joined LSI in 2000 as an exchange student after completing her studies in Germany.  After two years’ experience as an architectural assistant at LSI, she registered in the UK in 2002, and became a member of RIBA in 2005.

She has worked on a wide variety of projects in such sectors as primary, secondary, further and higher education, workplace, health care, and community covering all work stages. Projects have incorporated listed buildings, refurbishment, remodelling, extensions, and newbuilds, and included some of the highest value projects in the practice in recent years (£25M+). Marion is comfortable with translating initial design into production information, and with handling the delivery of projects through traditional and D&B procurement paths, and she has spent time in the London studio bolstering the technical capability.

Involved in the execution of over a dozen significant buildings, she is familiar with steel and concrete frame, tunnel-form concrete and cross-laminated timber construction. Marion is very thorough, and able to draw on a wide breadth of experience making her a valued member of any team.
