This involved a highly collaborative and operationally integrated approach to design and management of intrusive, major development work, within an actively occupied academic environment.

This project included the conversion of cellular research offices into an open plan ‘hot-desk’ personal study area for up to 60 post graduate research students, complete with full data network availability at each work-station. A visually sympathetic air conditioning system is now installed, achieving NR35 acoustic performance.

Pre-installation structural alterations have been made in order to accommodate large scale scientific equipment.
