Lucy Glen Administration Assistant
Lucy joined the LSI Admin Team in August 2021 having just finished her A Levels at City College Norwich. Alongside her studies, she gained three years of customer‑facing experience working in the ticket office at Norwich City Football Club.
Lucy returned to City College in January 2022 to complete her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, which she completed having earned herself a Distinction across all units.
Lucy is a key member of our Admin Team, leading the coordination of our internal CPD programme and supporting project teams with CDM administration and document control.
