BIM and Collaborative Design
delivering improved, more predictable outcomes
We use BIM processes throughout our design development to collaborate with other design team members in an open format, to ensure co-ordination and offer our clients more certainty by reducing risks to programme, quality and cost.
Our dedicated in-house digital team lead on the delivery of BIM enabled projects, providing direct BIM Support to our teams to deliver to the Project Standards and overseeing robust processes to ensure we meet with our clients Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) via a BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Through our projects we can evidence our ability to lead the entire BIM process, managing information modelling in compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements. We ensure seamless collaboration through the use of Common Data Environments (CDE) and regularly lead design reviews, clash detection workshops, and quality assurance checks so that we deliver to the highest industry standards for BIM process management.
We are experienced at undertaking IFC and COBie exports to ensure that our data is present, in the correct location and format.
Our extensive experience of delivering BIM enabled projects to date, includes multiple BIM Level 2 projects and projects that meet stringent COBie information standards for government department clients.
communicating ideas
We explore and communicate ideas throughout the design process with full in-house visualisation capabilities integrated with our 3D modelling process.
Our seamless linking of 3D visualisation tools to our main modelling software means we can create high-quality static images, movies, and VR presentations that can be swiftly updated as the design process evolves, allowing us to present multiple design options in quick succession and receive better feedback from end users as part of an iterative process.
