Becky Watson Promoted to Associate

We are delighted to announce that Finance Manager Becky Watson has been promoted to Associate at LSI Architects.

Becky’s journey with us is a special one, and an excellent example of our ongoing commitment to ‘grow our own’ and develop talent through investing in our team.

Becky joined the practice in 2013 at the very outset of her career as an apprentice in Business Administration. After successfully completing both her Level 2 and Level 3 NVQs and spending time as a permanent member of our Admin Team, she transitioned to our Accounts Team in 2016.

Since then, Becky’s professional development has been outstanding. She dedicated herself to mastering her new field, eventually becoming fully qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and achieving Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) status.

Becky now fulfils the role of Finance Manager where her expertise, alongside a calm and steady approach, makes her a highly valued member of our team.

Speaking about Becky at our annual celebration event, CEO Ben Goode commented:
