LSI Architects Earns Great Place To Work Certification™
LSI Architects is proud to now be Certified™ by Great Place To Work®. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at LSI Architects.
Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that LSI Architects stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”
Katrina Parsons, HR Manager at LSI Architects, commented:
“We are so grateful to our team not just for what they have said about how they feel about working here, but also that everybody here continues to make LSI a fantastic environment to work in every day. There is no better evidence for this than the fact that when asked 100% of the LSI Architects team said this is a great place to work,
Our average score across all of the responses to the questions in the survey equally was over 90%, with questions covering over 20 focus areas such as camaraderie, communication, community, competence, engagement, innovation. We believe this is a fantastic endorsement of how well rounded our approach to being a good employer is.
As well as giving us data on what we are doing well, we also now know more about where our teams think we can improve – which we will make every effort to do.”
What we are proud of
In the last 12 months we have continued to do many of the things that have always made LSI Architects a great place to work. Our grow our own approach to recruitment and career development has seen people that initially joined the practice right at the start of their careers continue to flourish and move into exciting new roles, as well as there being a number of new additions to the team who are now starting their own journey with the Practice.
One thing we are particularly proud of is the success of our Development Centre training programme, which now has two cohorts in progress. The rich and varied curriculum of the Development Centre has seen many of those participating grow through exploring their own sense of purpose, the fundamentals of management and leadership like trust, psychological safety and motivation as well as more commercially focused sessions. We are excited to build on this in the coming months and years.
