The commendation was given for the Louise Hamilton Centre, a palliative care unit based in Gorleston, Norfolk, and recognises the positive impact the centre has on the local community.
The practice was also shortlisted for the Design for Innovation Category.
Peter Durrant, Associate Partner at the practice, attended the event and said of the commendation “We are delighted that the Louise Hamilton Centre was Highly Commended in the Community Benefit Category. The project has made and continues to make a huge difference to the lives of patients and their families at the Centre, as well as having had a big impact on everybody who worked on the project. To be shortlisted for two awards was fantastic, and to have received this award against such high quality competition was very rewarding.”
