Louise Knights and Steven Cotton become Directors

We are delighted to share the news that, as we begin the new financial year, Architect Louise Knights and Architectural Technologist Steven Cotton have become Directors at LSI Architects.

Both Steven and Louise joined LSI Architects at the very outset of their careers, and completed their training and qualifications whilst employed at the practice.

On their career journeys so far, they have both demonstrated their commitment to our values, and skill in successfully undertaking leadership positions both internally and externally. The experience they have gained has been recognised throughout their careers with promotions to Associate, and in 2023 to Associate Director, and is again today as both join the Board of Directors.

Director David Andrews commented:

“The role of Director embodies an essential ethos of service, service to the business, to our clients and to our team. We have all seen this ethos of service demonstrated by Louise and Steve, both of whom are tireless with the time, energy and support they give our teams.

Louise and Steve have both demonstrated their ability to build strong working relationships with our clients to deliver projects that have real impact within the communities they serve.

For Louise this includes a significant portfolio of projects at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, as well as having grown our profile, reputation and experience in the hospice sector.

For Steve this includes work at the James Paget University Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and for contractor clients on projects across a range of sectors throughout the Eastern Region and in London. In recent years he has also overseen the delivery of some fantastic projects for our private healthcare clients.

All of us at LSI Architects congratulate them heartily on this significant milestone in their careers.”
