LSI recognised as a Best Company for 2022

LSI Architects has again been named amongst the Best Small Companies to Work For 2022 by Best Companies, the seventh year that LSI has made the prestigious list.

The Practice placed 18^th in the list of 100 Best Small Companies To Work For and placed 10^th in the Best Companies to Work For in the East of England. as well as retaining the Best Companies 3 star accreditation, awarded to companies that show ‘world class’ levels of workplace engagement.

Director Peter Courtney, who attended the event in London with Associate Leanne Ackrell, commented:

‘This is an amazing result, and we’re so pleased because it really supports the work that we’re doing to achieve our aim of becoming the best employer in the construction industry.

Every year that we have taken part we have been able to improve what we offer to our employees and it’s reflected in the fact that we continue to beat our ranking each year.
