LSI Architects has been named in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For for the second time.
The Practice placed 87th in the list and once again received Best Companies 3 star accreditation, awarded to companies that show ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement.
Partner Ben Goode commented “We sincerely believe that our clients choose our people. We know that our employees play a huge part in helping us to deliver on our promises, so we believe it is vital that they remain at the heart of our business.
We receive feedback from our clients that our staff are great to work with, and we believe that this is because they are happy, highly trained and motivated to deliver the quality design and committed service that we believe our clients should expect.
Our people don’t tend to leave, and our retention stats speak for themselves, which means that our clients can expect to have the same highly skilled teams working on their projects from beginning to end and then again on the next project. It is because of this that we are able to build the excellent working relationships that we have with our clients that they so value. This is evidenced by the fact that 80% of our work comes from repeat business.
We are incredibly proud to be named in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For once again which is further evidence that, when it comes to our people, we are getting things right.”
