Access Accounting

A project in Dedham Vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty, for Access Accounting, a software company whose offices are housed in a converted Victorian village school.

The scheme incorporates two new 2/3 storey buildings that are grouped to the south side of the site, with improved vehicular access and landscaped car parking. The new buildings based on sustainable design principles, form 1,610m² space for office, research and training, combined with a new social hub for the new campus.

The new buildings formed below green roofs are designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and to have a minimal impact on the landscape.
