LSI Architects Appointed to NHS Property Services Architects Framework

We are delighted to have been successful in securing a place on the NHS Property Services Architects Framework.

The framework for architectural services will run for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional year.

LSI Architects has been awarded a place on all four lots of the framework covering the North, Midlands, London and the South.

NHS Property Services (NHS PS) is a government-owned company responsible for managing and maintaining approximately 2,700 properties within the National Health Service estate in England. NHSPS collaborates with local NHS organisations, providing services such as property management, environmental support, and strategic planning. Its mission is to maximise the value of the NHS estate, ensuring it serves its purpose effectively.

The new framework agreement acts as a procurement vehicle for NHS organisations in England and offers supportĀ in the following:

  • The development of estates strategies
  • The design and planning of new buildings
  • The adaptation/extension of existing facilities
  • Overall management of an estate.

Director Jeremy O’Rourke, who heads up LSI’s work in the primary healthcare sector, commented:

We’re really pleased to have been reappointed to the NHS Property Services Framework for Architectural Services. It is an exciting to be operating in the healthcare sector and we continue to be energised by opportunities to support our NHS clients to deliver improved, more sustainable estates facilities to ultimately offer an improved experience for patients and staff. We look forward to hopefully supporting many more projects and clients through the framework.”
