Katrina Parsons Associate – Human Resources Manager

Katrina joined in LSI in 2014 as Human Resources Manager.

Before joining LSI, Katrina qualified as a Legal Executive specialising in employment law with Steeles Solicitors in Norwich before working in the HR Department of AXA Insurance as an Employee Relations Consultant.

Katrina was promoted to Associate in 2020, the same year she received the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index Award for Wellbeing Lead. She is also qualified as the practice’s Mental Health First Aider, and leads our team of Mental Health Champions.
