Michael de Nobrega Associate

Michael joined LSI as an Associate in 2026, following previous work at the practice as a Senior Architect in 2023.

With over 20 years of experience as a qualified architect, Michael has worked at several London-based practices, including ArchitecturePLB and LTS Architects, delivering projects across a range of sectors including education, residential and leisure.

Michael has an excellent track record in both designing new buildings and transforming existing buildings, bringing new life into them and realising the full potential of the existing fabric. He is particularly focused on guiding projects from initial briefing through to their realisation as sustainable, contextual, and well-detailed buildings.

Often reflected through his design approach, Michael is passionate about the idea of place making and the potential for architecture to have a positive effect on communities by helping to promote social inclusion and diversity.
