LSI-Architects-Northgate-House-Refurbishment-Reception

The contemporary refurbishment of Northgate House provides highly sustainable, revitalised office spaces, with the flexibility to suit both single and multi-tenant occupancies.

The development also creates a suite of communal facilities within the building, including a timeless reception area a mixture of bookable meeting rooms, cycle storage and changing facilities.

The monochrome pallet, with white walls complimented by the warmth of the timber panelling and an abundance of natural light, creates a bright atmosphere internally, aligned with the principles of biophilic design. This approach offers tenants a contemporary yet understated back drop to translate their own brand identities into the space.

A real highlight of this project is the renewed landscaped terraces, providing employees with an opportunity to step away from their desk and enjoy the benefits of being outside, reinforcing the schemes biophilic credentials. Solar powered ‘Pods’ provide sheltered informal meeting and break-out space.

The building is set to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, offering tenants the knowledge that their working environment follows best practice in terms of reduced environmental impact.
