The first of its kind in this country, the SoccerBot 360 system helps players improve their scanning, first touch and passing skills using a 360 degree projector screen and a number of computer programmes. It also has the ability for players to relive in game situations and work on their decision making and passing skills from previous matches.

The SoccerBot building is centrally located on the campus, between the Academy and Gym. The location provides a close adjacency with the other internal training facilities.

Architecturally, the building comprises a buff facing blockwork plinth, with insulated metal wall panels and translucent clerestorey above the cladding. The clerestorey allows diffused natural light into the internal space of the SoccerBot and although natural light is not required during the SoccerBot training programmes, this feature allows the space to be more flexible and future proofs the building.
