The Forum South Wing
A re-working of the ‘south wing’ of the Forum in Norwich, a millennium project designed by Sir Michael Hopkins and Partners.
The scheme includes a new glassed extension to the ground floor with internal facilities that include a new reception, tourist information, a shop and a new digital gallery. The lower floors incorporate a new studio for the BBC that is open to the public, and a 120 seat auditorium for conference use and small scale performances.
In 2010, the project won an RICS Award in the Community Benefit category.
